Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you can, we welcome 2 well behaved dogs on the park (additional dogs by permission) and some owners bring their cat.
Can I move into my holiday home permanently?
Absolutely not! We are licenced as a holiday park and all owners must have a home address where they live and pay council tax. The local authorities investigate parks frequently anyone found living on the park are generally asked to leave.
Can I rent out my holiday home?
Family members are allowed to use your holiday home, but it cannot be rented out commercially.
How do I find out more about buying a holiday home?
Give us a call or send an email then we can arrange to meet you and show you the park.
How long can I keep it on the Park?
Any new holiday home bought here comes with a 15-30 year pitch agreement and pre-owned holiday homes are normally a 10 year agreement, these are just guidelines as it really depends on what you choose.
How long is the season?
Owners can use their holiday homes from the 1st March to the 14th January, subject to weather. Seasonal tourers season is 1st March to 15th November and our premium seasonal tourer guests may stay by request to the 14th January. Day visits are allowed out of season but you are not able to stay overnight.
What are the annual running costs?
The annual pitch fee is due for payment around the 10th February. Static holiday homes start from around £2700 plus vat, some are more depending on the pitch size and position. Lodges vary but are around £4000 plus vat. Remember, Gas bottles, metered electric and water usage, insurance and non-domestic rates.
What facilities are on the Park?
As a small owners only park we do not have a shop or club on site. We encourage you to support our local community. We do have a laundry room and Wi-Fi is available around the park. You can read more about our facilities here
What if I wish to sell my holiday home after a short period?
If you only want your holiday home short term we would discourage you from buying in the first place, like cars they lose most of their value in the first few years. However, most people keep them for years, this represents fantastic value for money.
